As we aim to make sure we deliver the best event to date, we try to take on board all of the feedback and learnings from our customers from past events. Below are some of the improvements for this year.
2023 is going to be our biggest line up to date. So with a bigger line up we have an even larger site, 2023 will see the launch of the Stage 2 VIP experience.
Plus our newly improved food village will be boasting over 40 street food stalls serving a whole host of tasty treats. There will be amazing music across two spectacular stages with immersive light, sound and visual shows, as well as special VIP areas.
VIP tickets include separate queuing for fast track entry, a drink and food voucher (beer, wine, spirit and mixer), Soul Town merchandise, private bar, luxury toilets, makeup bar, prime stage viewing area at both stages and more.

We want to thank everyone who has supported us and continue to do so, it means so much to us. We aren’t a huge corporation, just a small team with a dream to bring the biggest and best US and British Soul artists to the local Beckenham community.

• The gates will open at 12pm. The artists are not to be missed, please arrive promptly so not to miss out! Last Entry will be 6pm
• You will not be permitted to bring your own alcohol, chairs, blankets or food into the event.
• There will be security and a search policy will be operated on entry to the festival arena so please allow plenty of time.
• No Re-entry & Security: Our policy states that there will be no re-entry to the festival unless there is an emergency or special circumstances.
• We are advising our guests to bring everything into the festival that they need for the day including any required clothing.
• Please note that there will be security checks at the entry to the festival so allow time for entry.
• Saturday is adults only and starts at 12pm and ends at 10pm
• Sunday is for all ages and starts at 12pm and ends at 9pm
• On both Saturday and Sunday - Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult who is aged 21 or over.
• The VIP areas on both Saturday and Sunday are an adult only area.
